MONA is a Seoul-based startup helping businesses reduce waste, cut costs, and create impact by turning surplus goods into meaningful donations.
While the concept was simple, communicating the social and environmental impact to potential clients proved challenging. Many failed to see how MONA’s work benefits both their operations and underprivileged communities across Seoul.
To help MONA raise funds and clarify their mission, we produced a series of bite-sized documentary shorts. These mini-docs, shared across MONA’s pitching and conference appearances spotlighted the company’s founder and the communities transformed through donated surplus.
